Please submit Full Applications for funding to the Committee by Tuesday, September 24, 2019 for review during the September 26, 2019 meeting
Projects allowable under the CPA include the creation and preservation of open space, the preservation of historic sites, the creation and preservation of affordable housing and the creation and preservation of outdoor recreational facilities.

Resources Department.
The Human Resources Administrative Benefits Support position is responsible for partnering with the HR
Director to successfully execute municipal human resources benefits for the Town. The Administrative
Benefits Support position performs professional and administrative duties relating to the human
resources functions within the Human Resources Department; works closely with the HR Director to
DCR Recreational Advisory: Cyanobacteria Bloom in Hopkinton Reservoir in Hopkinton
WHAT: The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is warning the public of a cyanobacteria bloom present in the Upper Hopkinton Reservoir, including at the waterbody’s beach area, in Hopkinton State Park in the Town of Hopkinton. During a bloom it is strongly advised that the public should not have contact with the water. Additionally, pet owners should keep their animals away from the shoreline to prevent them from ingesting the water. The waterbody will be retested until cyanobacteria levels are within acceptable limits per Department of Public Health (DPH) regulations.
Community Notice: Hopkinton Family Day Time Change Due to EEE Threat
The Friends of Hopkinton voted at its meeting on Tuesday, August 28, 2019, to change the time of the Saturday, September 14, 2019 Family Day event to 2 PM to 6 PM. The Fireworks show has been cancelled. President Ann Click, stated “this is in response to the EEE outbreak. However, in the Hopkinton tradition, Hopkinton Family Day on September 14 is still going to be a wonderful family event”.
