While Town Hall and municipal buildings are physically closed to the public, we are open for
business. Many transactions can be completed online, and we are available via phone and
email to assist during regular business hours. A full Town Directory can be found here. Parks,
Playgrounds and Playing Fields are closed.

The 6th episode of HCAM's new series "Hopkinton Hangout Hour" took place at 2pm Wednesday, April 1st. The first half hour featured Abbie Rosenberg in a conversation about dealing with stress and the second half of the program was a discussion about what people are doing to help others during this time. Much of life is out of our control. Join us in this session to learn to pay more attention to what you can control- your internal reactions and mental activity. Learn what you can stop doing that accomplishes nothing but to make things worse than they already have to be. Challenging times are stressful. It’s important to acknowledge that. But let’s minimize the self-created and self-inflicted stress.

Session Objectives:
-Grasp that you have control over what goes on inside of your head. If you don’t, then who or what does?

MALDEN, MA – Today, the Executive Board of the 75,000 member Massachusetts Building Trades Council voted unanimously to call on Massachusetts Governor Charles Baker to declare a statewide suspension of all regular activity at construction sites in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts beginning Friday April 3rd and continuing through April 30th.
