Steven G. Esper, 52, died December 5, 2019. Born in Worcester, MA, he was the son of Jeri Esper and the late George L. Esper Jr.

Steven was a graduate of St. Bridget's School and Marian High School in Framingham. He graduated from Framingham State University with honors. He worked and lived for many years in Deerfield Beach, Florida, as the audio visual sound engineer manager at the Boca Raton Resort.

Philip J. Schiloski, 70

Philip J. Schiloski, 70, of Hopkinton, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Milford Regional Hospital. Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late Charlotte (Smith) and Robert W. Schiloski Sr.

Philip had been employed at Bay State Abrasives for 28 years, before retiring and working on the custodial staff for 10 years at Hopkinton High School. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, board games, and loved hanging out with his brother, Ken.

Arlene Frances (Dunne), 74

Arlene Frances (Dunne) passed away peacefully at home with her loving husband, Jim and daughter, Elizabeth by her side on Saturday, November 23rd, 2019, after a brave and long struggle with cancer. Arlene was born February 9, 1945 to Edmund and Margaret Dunne.

Judith Ann Meyers, 78

Judith Ann Meyers, 78, died Monday, November 25, 2019 at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westborough, MA. Born in Almont, MI she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Kathryn (Neumann) Duggan.

Judi worked for 42 years at Marlette Community Hospital in Marlette, MI.

She is survived by her son Brad Meyers and wife Kathy of Strongsville, Ohio and her daughter Michele Crowe and husband David of Hopkinton, MA. She leaves her grandchildren Faith Meyers, Derek Crowe, Keegan Crowe and Hope Meyers. She also leaves her sisters Jan Barden and Pat Bitel, both of Michigan.

Joel V. Rice, 60

Joel V. Rice, 60, of Warwick, MA, formerly of Woodville, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 16, 2019. Born in Worcester, MA, he was the son of Alden and Dorenda (Stewart) Rice.
Joel graduated with high honors from Keefe Regional Technical School in Framingham, MA, and was an avid top-notch machinist. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, many vacations to Ogunquit Beach, and his dog Jake.

Eleanor Ularich, 97

Eleanor R. Ularich, 97, died Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at her home in Hopkinton .

She was the wife of the late Anthony V. Ularich, who died in 2006. Born in Somerville, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Rose (Porte) Balboni.

Eleanor worked for many years as a clerk at National Distributors. She enjoyed spending time at the Hopkinton Senior Center and especially loved Hopkinton's summertime concerts on the common, where she could often be seen dancing to every song.

Joseph William Pratt Jr., 64

Joseph William Pratt Jr., 64, of Salisbury and formerly of Hopkinton and Westborough, passed away at his home unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. Born in Framingham, he was the son of Mary Catherine (O’Brien) Pratt of Hopkinton and the late Joseph William Pratt.

Joseph was a self-employed auto mechanic, who was well known for his keen ability to quickly diagnose and fix vehicle problems. Joe had a big heart and loved his family dearly. He will be missed by many.

Jo-Anne M. (Frieh) Kinney, 81

passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 ​
at Beaumont Rehab & Skilled Nursing Center, Northbridge.​
Born in Hopkinton, on July 7, 1938, she was the daughter ​
of the late Francis and Agnes (Pyne) Frieh. Raised & educated ​
in Hopkinton, a graduate of Hopkinton High School.​
Prior to retirement, Ms. Kinney was employed as a campus police
officer at the Westboro State Hospital for 26 years. ​
