On Saturday June 28th, the Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse will host a free skills clinic at Gillette stadium, to benefit athletes in need throughout low income communities in greater Boston. While the Cannons have always been involved in charitable initiatives, this clinic will be the first of its kind, and is designed to immerse over 100 young athletes from urban communities in the sport of lacrosse. The clinic will feature members of the 2015 team’s coaching staff and active roster. This experience will come to these children at no cost, and will feature:

Please support the 2013/2014 Tri Valley League champion (38-0) Hopkinton High School Golf Team at their annual Florida Style Scramble golf fundraising tournament on Monday, August 10th, 1:00 PM at the Hopkinton Country Club.

$150 per player includes 18 holes of golf, cart, dinner, gifts, and raffle drawings. Register as an individual, pair or foursome, or be a Hole Sponsor for $100. The Girls Varsity Tennis Team traveled to Apponequet Regional High School in Lakevile to win a tight match against the undefeated Lakers.
All of the Hillers wins were in three set matches. #2 Zoe Komodromos 4-6, 6-2, 6-2; #3 Elisabeth Cooperman 6-2, 3-6, 6-3; #1 Doubles Sydney and Laney Emerson 7-6 (7-3), 5-7, 6-3; #2 Doubles Devon LaMachia and Steph Pearson 5-7, 6-0, 6-3.

Hillers improve to a League Record of 13-1, 20-1 overall.

The Sectional Championship match is Friday June 12th against #4 seed Foxboro, 3:00 PM at Medway High School.
