Dear Editor,
I am writing to express my support of Jean Bertschmann for School Committee. As our town continues to grow, I feel that Jean will provide a consistency on the committee that is much needed. Jean also has a unique understanding of the history of our schools from her experience as a parent , her past service on school committee and her involvement in the town in a multitude of capacities. That, along with her work ethic, her passion and her knowledge make her the best candidate for this position. I have worked with Jean personally on the HPTA and she has also volunteered for the Sharon Timlin Memorial Event (which I organize) since it’s inception 12 years ago. Jean is a person that values every opinion and listens to all sides before taking a stand on an issue. She is not afraid to voice her opinion and is a leader who will work for our town in collaboration with others; striving to make the school system the best it can be for everyone. Please join me in voting for Jean Bertschmann for School Committee on May 18th, 2015.
