Hopkinton Hillers Sports Update 10-30-2017

Football: The #1 seeded Hopkinton Hillers defeated #8th seeded Pembroke Titans 13-0 in a great defensive battle in 1st round playoff action in the D4 South Sectional bracket. The Hillers scored both of the only touchdowns in the game in the 2nd half. In the 3rd quarter, Connor Hebert had a 4 yard touchdown run and in the 4th quarter, Ryan Kelleher connected with Will Abbott for a 48 yard touchdown pass.

The 8 and 0 Hillers football team will now host #4th seeded, Dartmouth Indians next Friday night (11/3) 7pm at David M. Hughes Stadium.

Field Hockey: Hopkinton defeats Ashland 1-0 in their final regular season game. Hopkinton shares the TVL Large title with Dover-Sherborn and will next host Durfee HS on Thursday (11/2) in playoff action. Hopkinton enters the post season as the 8th seed in the South Division 1 bracket and with a record of 13 wins, 4 losses and 1 tie.

Boys Soccer: Marlborough defeats Hopkinton 3-1

Girls Volleyball: Hopkinton sweeps Frontier Regional and finishes regular season with 17 wins and 2 losses.
