The Hopkinton Center for the Arts hosted the 2023 annual HHS Honors Art Display.

HCAM's, Matt Clark was on the scene at the reception to catch up with several of the artists including: Sophia Matsoukas, Rose O'Loughlin, Alexa Feldmann, Lunar Ottinger, Jaden Miller, Michaela Scannevin, G Lambert, Chloe Paul, Sofia Bilodeau and Sydney Cappello.

HHS Drama Ensemble to present "The Women of Lockerbie"

On December 12, 2022 the Libyan intelligence operative suspected of making the bomb that blew up a Pan Am passenger jet over Lockerbie Scotland in 1988 was arrested and extradited to the United States to stand trial. For many of the drama students it was the first they had heard of the terrorist bombing of Pan Am Flight 103, but it provided a bit of context for the play they were planning to audition for a few weeks later.

The Hopkinton High School Diversity Club teamed up with the Ambassadors Club to host the annual "Multicultural Night" at Hopkinton High School.

The event allows Hopkinton Students to put their backgrounds on display and features food, dance performances and some great socializing!

The Hopkinton Public Schools Music Department is proud to share that Abigail Baskin, cello and Aditya Machiraju, tuba, will be representing Hopkinton High School at the 69th Annual Massachusetts Music Educators Association All State Festival taking place March 3 and 4 at the Westford Regency and Symphony Hall in Boston, Massachusetts.

Last week three Hopkinton Organizing for Prevention (HOP) youth members attended the CADCA (Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America) National Youth Leadership Forum in National Harbor, MD. Anna Noroian, Hopkinton High School Sophomore (pictured left), Neha Ninan, Hopkinton High School Sophomore (pictured middle), and Maura Souza, Hopkinton High School Senior (pictured right) attended this four day long Youth Leadership Summit.

Hopkinton Area Land Trust Offering $1,000 scholarship

The Hopkinton Area Land Trust would like to offer up to a $1000 scholarship to a graduating high school student or students from the town of Hopkinton whose intent is to major in conservation, ecology, natural resources / wildlife management, or the environmental sciences.
