Health Dept. to do In Home Vaccinations

By contributor,

The Hopkinton Health Department has assumed the responsibility for in-home vaccinations for our municipality. We will be directly overseeing and running in-home vaccination for homebound individuals. We will use this form to identify and screen community members to prepare for the roll-out of this program. We do not have an official start date but DPH has indicated that doses would be available by the end of March. We are so proud and excited to be able to provide another valuable resource to our residents!
