Kevin M. Kenney, 68

HOPKINTON - Kevin M. Kenney, 68, died Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Milford Regional Medical Center after a long illness. Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late Thomas and Ruth (MacMillian) Kenney.

Kevin was a 1970 graduate of Hopkinton High School. He was owner and operator of Central Cleaners in Milford for over 20 years. He was an avid Red Sox fan and loved his dogs Tukka and Fenway. He enjoyed frequent trips to Cape Cod.

Kenneth Wayne Chouinard, 84

Kenneth Wayne Chouinard, 84 of Ashland passed away Mon July 27th after a period of declining health. He was the son of the late Louis and Ruth (Lougee) Chouinard and husband of 48 years to Theresa (Krivicich) Chouinard. Growing up in Hopkinton, Ken eventually moved to Ashland and was a contractor and carpenter in the area for many years until his retirement. Beloved by his clients and subs, he prized the personal connections created through his work, as well as the craft itself.

Norma Hazen Nordstrom, 88

Norma Hazen Nordstrom passed into Eternal Life on Sunday, July 26, 2020, after a year-long battle with cancer. Born in Newton on December 14,1931, she was the daughter of the late Mabel (Wildman) and Lloyd Hazen. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Paul of 65 years who passed away in March 2020.

Margaret Agnes Nichols (nee Lynch), 81

Margaret Agnes Nichols (nee Lynch), 81, of Bradenton, FL, went to meet the Lord on Sunday, July 19, 2020, while in Hospice care. She had suffered many years with Lupus and COPD. Margaret was born on April 20, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY to Mary and Cornelius Lynch. She is survived by her son Kevin Riess (Cheryl), grandsons Kevin, Brian (Maadiah), and Scott (Lauren), three great granddaughters and one great grandson. Also survived by siblings Mary Bodnar of SC, C. Pat Lynch of MA, Helen LoTruglio (Joseph) of CA, and many, many nephews and nieces.

Katrina Hope Yip, 47

Katrina Hope Yip, 47, of Hopkinton, passed away after a 15 year war with leukemia. Born in Kittery, Maine, she was the daughter of Judith Anne (Hosmer) Lincoln of Hopkinton and Peter Souther Lincoln of Florence, MA. She was the beloved wife of 14 years to Tyler Joseph Yip of Hopkinton.

With tremendous empathy for all living creatures, Katrina had a particular soft spot for senior rescue pets, and is preceded by cats Narnia, Nora, Nikki, Whitley, Xander, and Sirius, and guinea pigs Squealie, Mal, Lennie, Pigwidgeon, Neville, Vesper, Henry, Artie, Monroe, Linus, and Miles.

James Lawrence DeWolfe, 76

James Lawrence DeWolfe dies at the age of 76 after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his brother Paul and sister-in-law Nancy of Hopkinton, MA, niece Michelle of Broomfield, CO, nephew Scott of Oakland, CA, and long time companion Nina Leblanc of Wellesley. He was born on May 19, 1944, in Framingham, MA. His friends call him Jim, and his family called him Uncle Jim.

Shelli Gwen Breault, 64, of Worcester and formerly of Hopkinton, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, May 17, 2020. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Beverly Ann (Parker) and Kenneth D. Wilcox Sr. She was the beloved wife of 30 years to David F. Breault.

Marilyn June (McKay) Armstrong, 89, died in Hopkinton, MA, on Friday, May 1, 2020 from
complications of COVID-19 and Alzheimer’s. Born in Butler, PA, on June 23, 1930, she was the
only child of the late Hildegarde E. (Zimmermann) Fredrick and Orville B. McKay. After her
father died, she moved with her mother to Sheboygan, WI, where she attended Sheboygan
High School. She went on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BA in
Journalism. She met and married her first husband, Robert Wilvers, in Milwaukee, WI, and
