This Friday night guest features joining from their homes at Friday Night Wake-Up Call include documentary film producer, Artemis Joukowsky and singer-songwriter Tom Smith. Artemis Joukowsky will be able to return and join me in a half hour of discussion about his documentary film projects including his recent film about the ongoing experimental treatment of Spinraza that he receives for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Artemis is also author and co-producer of Defying The Nazis: The Sharp's War, a story about his grandparents rescue of hundreds of endangered Jews and refugees in Europe during the time of the Nazi invasion which is now being used in curriculum of many schools throughout Europe. Tom Smith is a folk singer-songwriter who considers himself a veteran folksinger of 45 years, but is ageless in his ability to connect and inspire people of all ages with his songs of daily life and more recently, of human struggle, protest and encouragement. Tom will be asked about his recent cd project "Planting in a Drought" and perform a few of his original songs. You are invited to join the HCAM-TV program Livestream tomorrow from 7:00-8:00 p.m..
