Join Senator Karen Spilka at her 7th annual Senior Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, October 22 from 9:00am - 1:30pm at the Joseph P. Keefe Technical School, located at 750 Winter Street in Framingham. Senator Spilka’s Senior Health and Wellness Fair provides a forum for our seniors to learn more about ways they can continue to lead a healthy and active lifestyle and gives them the opportunity to engage in an active discussion to address the programs and issues they consider important parts of their everyday lives.
Throughout the course of the day, seniors will be able to participate in a variety of workshops and presentations aimed at providing important information regarding health programs, benefits, and wellness activities. The program will also include a free continental breakfast and lunch, as well as free health screenings.
