Senior Night

It was a memorable Senior night at the Navin Hockey rink, as the Hillers keep their post season hopes alive with a 2-1 victory over the Littleton/Bromfiled Tigers. Will Abbott and Cam Finlayson had a goal and assist each, while Brendan O'Leary added 2 assists. Tim McGrath had 15 saves in net.

Mike Messier, Brandon Carty, Brendan O'Leary and Jordan Carroll all got the start, as the Seniors honored their parents and family in the pre-game ceremony..

Rick & Dick Hoyt are Coming to Elmwood

Elmwood Elementary School in Hopkinton is excited to announce that Rick and Dick Hoyt will be visiting our second and third grade students to share their message that "Together - You Can Do Anything!" This visit is sponsored by the Hopkinton parent Teacher Association, and will provide an opportunity for students to hear Rick and Dick's story up close and personal. The event takes place on Tuesday, March 3rd at 1:10 PM in the Elmwood School Gymnasium. This event is also open to the Parents of Elmwood students and invited guests.

Hillers Cheer to Host Beer and Wine Gala

The Friends of Hiller Competitive Cheer is sponsoring a Beer and Wine Gala to benefit our National Champion Hiller Cheerleaders on Feb 28th. It will be a great event and an opportunity to socialize with friends, family and neighbors. The will be a raffle and prizes! Please tell share this with you social network!! It will be a great time! The event will take place at St. John’s Parish Hall on 20 Church Street in Hopkinton.

Don Brown of Hopkinton Selected for Hopkinton Education Foundation’s Invitational Boston Marathon Number

The Hopkinton Education Foundation is proud to announce Don Brown, a local family man and entrepreneur, as the winner of the invitational number for the 119th Boston Marathon.

Mr. Brown has committed to raising $5,000, in addition, he will match any donation up to his personal commitment of $2,500. Don chose the Education Foundation to support as he feels the “Hopkinton school system has provided the best education we ever could have hoped for our kids, who have gone off to great schools with strong national reputations.”

Hillers Girls Track Wins TVL Championship

In addition to the New England Patriots winning the Super Bowl Sunday, Hopkinton had another victory to celebrate as the Hopkinton Hillers Girls Track team took home the TVL Championship. The Hopkinton Girls track team faced their first loss in 9 years this season to the Norton Lancers, Norton was favored in about half of all the individual events but the Hillers prevailed in the underdog role. Despite not winning a single event, the Hopkinton Hillers racked up 92 points to claim first place. The Norton Lancers had 83.
