What are you Binge-Watching? on Episode 8 of the Hopkinton Hangout Hour!

The 8th episode of HCAM's new series "Hopkinton Hangout Hour" takes place at 2pm Friday, April 3rd. The first half hour will feature the HCAM crew talking about TV shows people are Binge-Watching. Please comment or send us an email at studio@hcam.tv to let us know what you are binge-watching, you can also send us an email if you want to come on the show and talk about what you are binge watching! In the 2nd half hour, we will be talking with Menna Bharath of the Hopkinton School Committee.

The 7th episode of HCAM's new series "Hopkinton Hangout Hour" took place at 2pm Thursday, April 2nd. The episode entitled "Life on the Hill" updated about Hopkinton Schools. The first half hour featured Principal of Hopkinton High School, Evan Bishop and Middle School Principal, Alan Keller. The second half of the program featured Hopkinton Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Carol Cavanaugh.

The 7th episode of HCAM's new series "Hopkinton Hangout Hour" takes place at 2pm Thursday, April 2nd. The episode entitled "Life on the Hill" will update about Hopkinton Schools. The first half hour featured Abbie Rosenberg in a conversation about dealing with stress and the second half of the program was a discussion about what people are doing to help others during this time. "How to be Mentally Tough in Challenging Times" Online Public Presentation Thursday, April 2nd at 7pm

Much of life is out of our control. Join us in this session to learn to pay more attention to what you can control- your internal reactions and mental activity. Learn what you can stop doing that accomplishes nothing but to make things worse than they already have to be. Challenging times are stressful. It’s important to acknowledge that. But let’s minimize the self-created and self-inflicted stress.

Session Objectives:
-Grasp that you have control over what goes on inside of your head. If you don’t, then who or what does?
